Why is there organic food and non-organic food?
Is it because organic food is healthier and more nutritious?
It is easy enough to see that it is.
Then we come back to the original question.
Why is there a food class that is healthier than the other food class?
If organic food is healthier, then why do we allow the government and corporations to produce less healthy foods?
Economics someone says?

We allow it because money.
Just like the arguments to protect the economy versus caring for elderly and disabled that the coronavirus has brought about. The choice is money or life.
How can a sane human live to 40 years or more and not see the destruction of and disregard for life?
To paraphrase Terence McKenna, “You have to be a complete idiot to buy-in to it. Scandals are recycled, philosophical issues are recycled. Once you’ve been through about 3 cycles of this you realize it’s a joke.”
I do not recognize these creatures as human anymore.
I fear that the only humans left are indigenous peoples.
